Additional Information
- Pets are not allowed in this activity.
- The timings are from Monday to Thursday -10:00 AM to 11:00 PM Friday - 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
- The duration of the experience will be around 6 hours.
- We recommend you to dress up in line with the local custom.
- We also recommend you to carry warm clothes for Ski Dubai.
- Children below 2 years of age are considered an infant and infants are not allowed in this activity.
- Children from 2 to 12 years will be charged a child rate.
- Guests above 12 years will be charged adult rates.
- Please carry valid ID proof as ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
- Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
- Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
- To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height, and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg.
- Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
- Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
- Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Friday to Saturday - 8.30 AM 12.00 AM & Sunday to Wednesday:8 am - 10 pm & Thursday to Saturday:8 am -11 pm)
- NOTE - The venue is not wheelchair accessible, Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.
Cancellation Policy
- This activity has a no-cancellation policy. Tickets once purchased cannot be canceled.
- This booking is non-exchangeable. You cannot reschedule your booking.

- Your tickets are valid for the event date and time stated.
- Your Combo: Ski Dubai and Dreamscape tickets will be mailed to you once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof.
